APSAC 25th Annual Colloquium

Improve your skills while celebrating with friends and colleagues in the Big Easy! Registration is now open for our 25th Anniversary Colloquium! This year’s Colloquium features 7 advanced training institutes, 58 advanced training workshops, and 60 information/discussion roundtables which address all aspects of child maltreatment including prevention, cultural issues assessment, intervention and treatment with victims, perpetrators and families affected by physical, sexual and psychological abuse and neglect.
The Colloquium will include pre-conference institutes on topics ranging from Psychological Maltreatment to Trauma-Focused CBT, plenaries by Rev. Darrell LaRue Armstrong and Dr. Elizabeth Letourneau, and workshops designed for child protection, forensic interviewers, attorneys, law enforcement, practitioners in mental health, medicine and nursing, prevention, and public policy, and professional development for students and young professionals.
Continuing Education credits will be available for psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, law, law enforcement, and nursing
