This course will focus on infant and child death and the unique circumstances that these types of cases present. The course will cover all aspects of an investigation including law enforcement, medical and prosecution.

Course will be taught by the following individuals:
Dr. Daniel Spitz-Macomb and St Clair County Medical Examiner Lt. David Kennedy-Macomb County Sheriff’s Office Renae Diegel-RN, Former director of SANE/FNE Turning point program, former ME Investigator Therese Tobin-Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Macomb County. Ms. Tobin has handled numerous high profile cases involving children.
